Dog Registration goes through Secreterrier.com
to register: Secreterrier is the link. Register your dog, then connect them to Happy Ratters HR, and at that time you may purchase a registration number.
If you have a dog already registered at Secreterrier, you can connect them to happy ratters, and purchase a Happy Ratter Number for $20
Click on dog you are referencing. In box at top right of screen press on the Manage Connections box.
Use the drop-down box in the top right to find HR and click on it. It will say Not Connected to HR. Connect to HR and purchase your number
