How to become a Happy Ratter Judge.

• Fill out online application
• Receive and take test, it will be emailed to you; you can scan, send answers, or take pictures
  to send back
• Pass test 80% or higher
• Interview with founder or judge Supervisor
  • If local to Southern NH – become judge in training
  • If distant, provisional judge

Judge in training: 

• spend 1 day assisting a judge with regular and games classes.
• Judge with supervision, one day of regular classes, one day of games
• all goes well -> you’re a judge

Provisional:

• Converse with Judging supervisor/founder (JS).
• When asked to judge a trial, JS will be available by phone day of trial for concerns and questions
• Discuss/evaluate experience with JS after trial
• Do this for 3 trials, after which all set all set -> moved to full judging status
